Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on payment channel, settlement typically completes within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are normally sent through bank transfer or mobile financial services to a verified beneficiary account.
If return reason is customer preference (for example size or change of mind), return shipping or handling fees may apply. No deduction is charged for verified seller-side errors.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation requests are processed under return procedures. Bunoraa may cancel orders for stock, fraud, or compliance reasons with refund of paid amounts.
