Bunoraa operates under applicable laws and regulatory guidance in Bangladesh, including consumer protection and digital commerce requirements issued by competent authorities.
You are responsible for accurate account, delivery, and payment information. Orders may be delayed or cancelled when submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified.
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, stock, and delivery estimates accurate. Minor errors may occur; in such cases we may correct the information and contact you before fulfillment.
An order confirmation indicates receipt, not final acceptance. We may decline, cancel, or limit orders for stock, quality, fraud screening, regulatory, or payment risk reasons. Any paid amount for unfulfilled items will be refunded to your original method when possible.
Payments are processed through approved channels, including card, mobile financial services, bank transfer, and cash-on-delivery where available. We may apply anti-fraud checks before shipment.
You may not use Bunoraa for unlawful activity, abuse, scraping that harms platform operations, fraudulent transactions, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Bunoraa trademarks, logos, content structure, and platform materials are protected. Product images and brand assets remain property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the maximum extent permitted by law.
For complaints, contact our support team first at support@bunoraa.com. If unresolved, consumers in Bangladesh may use the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) channels, including hotline 16121 and official complaint systems.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
